• Octopus Deploy Server URL: The URL of your Octopus Deploy instance
• API Key: Your Octopus Deploy API key, stored securely on your device

Information Stored Locally

• Authentication credentials: Stored securely in your device's encrypted keychain/keystore
• User preferences: Theme settings, favorite projects, and display preferences
• Cached data: Recent deployments and project information for faster loading

Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be clear about what we don't do:

• We do not collect analytics or usage data
• We do not track your location
• We do not share any data with third parties
• We do not store your credentials on our servers
• We do not have access to your Octopus Deploy data

How Your Data Is Used

All communication happens directly between your device and your Octopus Deploy server. OctoGo acts as a client application — we do not operate servers that process your deployment data.

Your credentials and data are:

• Stored only on your device using secure, encrypted storage
• Used solely to authenticate with your Octopus Deploy server
• Never transmitted to any server other than your Octopus Deploy instance

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• Secure Storage: Credentials are stored in iOS Keychain or Android Keystore
• Encrypted Communication: All API calls use HTTPS encryption
• Biometric Authentication: Optional Face ID/Touch ID/fingerprint protection
• No Server-Side Storage: Your data never leaves your device

Third-Party Services

OctoGo connects directly to your Octopus Deploy server. Your use of Octopus Deploy is governed by Octopus Deploy's own privacy policy and terms of service.

We do not integrate with any analytics platforms, advertising networks, or data brokers.

Data Retention

All data is stored locally on your device. You can clear all app data at any time by:

• Signing out within the app (removes cached data and credentials)
• Uninstalling the app (removes all stored data)

Children's Privacy

OctoGo is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
